Who we are

White Plains Beautification Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organization encouraging gardens and green spaces throughout the City of White Plains. From the start, our organization has been composed entirely of volunteers who have donated many hours of their time helping make White Plains a beautiful place to live, work and visit. (Read more…)

What we do

Our organization has raised more than $4 million during our 50-year history. This money has funded the development and care of more than 60 gardens, community programs and special gifts to our city. A gift this year is a 16-foot street clock at the intersection of Mamaroneck Ave. and Bloomingdale Rd. that we are donating to commemorate our 50th anniversary. (Read more…)

Celebrate 50 years

Celebrate WPBF’s 50th anniversary with us throughout this year. Purchase tickets for our 50th gala, a special evening on Oct. 8 at the C.V. Rich Mansion, on the “Donate” page. We are proud to honor our founders as we rejoice in the beauty around us – our colorful gardens, inspiring capital projects and school enrichment programs. A special gift to the city is also planned.
