Making White Plains beautiful for more than 60 years

Who we are

White Plains Beautification Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit, is dedicated to fostering lush gardens and green spaces throughout the City of White Plains. Since its inception, our organization has been composed entirely of volunteers who have donated many hours to help make White Plains a beautiful place to live, work and visit. (Read more…)

What we do

We have raised more than $5 million during our 60-year history. Monies have funded the development and care of more than 65 gardens. All public and private schools in White Plains offering primary education through high school are eligible for a $200 grant for gardening with students. Our three nurseries busily plant and tend our annual and pollinator gardens. (Read more…)

VOLUNTEERING

Capital Projects

In addition to gardens, WPBF donates special gifts to the City, such as a gazebo, street clocks and water features. Many have been dedicated to honor individuals or mark significant events. (Read more…)
