Congratulations to the 2023 Grand Prize winners and finalists of our annual Business Awards! WPBF honors the beautification initiatives by our local business community across three broad categories: Major Players, Local Shining Stars, and Playing to the Crowd. The three grand prize winners are: New York Power Authority, 123 Main Street, as our Major Players winner; Anasa Greek Kitchen, 287 Central Avenue, winner in the Local Shining Stars category; and Grace Episcopal Church, 33 Church Street, winner in the Playing to the Crowd category.
The New York Power Authority stood out in the Major Players category, showcasing vibrant greenery, cascading planters, and colorful annuals along its perimeter. Anasa Greek Kitchen earned the grand prize for its beautifully adorned outdoor space featuring thoughtfully placed planters and charming window boxes. Grace Episcopal Church took the crown in the Playing to the Crowd category, embellishing its front door with traditional plants and lively planters.
In addition to these outstanding winners, we recognize 17 other establishments as finalists who have made commendable efforts to enhance the aesthetics of White Plains. We extend our gratitude to all 20 properties for their dedication to preserving and enriching the character of our community.
